The Stay Ready 4 Success Seminar is an in-depth college preparation workshop for parents and students in the 8th-12th grades. However, all ages & grade levels would benefit from this seminar as it has been proven that "early preparation" is the key to future success.
This seminar provides you with a step-by-step outline of how to be academically competitive and prepared for college. The seminar breaks down the college application process, thoroughly reviews each section the standardized college entrance exams (PSAT, SAT, and ACT), gives helpful tips about scholarships, financial aid, assistance with preparing the personal statement and the Academic Resume.
The seminar equips parents and students with the skills and materials needed to effectively complete and understand the college admissions process.
Who is Dr. Corliss Bennett?
Dr. Corliss P. Bennett recently became the Director of Admissions at St. Mary's Academy in Inglewood, CA. She has the passion, work ethic, experience, and fiery energy that is needed in this position and we are so blessed to have her back serving at her Alma Mater.
Dr. Bennett brings a wealth of expertise in leading culturally oriented student services programs, and a lifelong commitment to supporting educational access and success for students from historically under-served communities.
