West-Angeles-Education-Enrichment-Pride-In-Heritage

ThinkSmart

Teach youth to be proud of their heritage, how to strive for for excellence, and rise above any stereotypes they may face as teens and young adults.

On Saturday, February 3rd from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm  your students will discuss historical African American figures, how the youth view themselves in regards to the black community, self-esteem, and other related topics.

This event will take place at the Youth Center in the Multipurpose Room.

If your student currently receives services from the Education and Enrichment program the workshop is free. For all other students the workshop is $15. You can RSVP by clicking here.
