Student applications are now open for the 2025 KPMG Future Leaders Program!
As the charitable arm of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, this program is dedicated to strengthening the diversity pipeline of women pursuing careers in business and STEM.
The program provides annual college scholarships, ongoing leadership development, and mentorship to support their educational journeys. Please help us spread the word by sharing the online application with qualified students and encourage them to apply.
Program Highlights:
Each year, the KPMG Future Leaders Program awards 22 outstanding high school female seniors with:
A $10,000 scholarship per year for four years of college,
A leadership retreat, ongoing programming, and KPMG support,
Mentorship from an executive women leader, and peer support opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Female high school senior planning to enroll in a four-year undergraduate program for in Fall 2025.
U.S. Citizen or permanent resident, including all U.S. territories.
Demonstrated financial need, with a household income of up to $75,000.
A proven track record of academic excellence and leadership potential, with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA, and a shown interest in a business or STEM academic track.
A letter of recommendation from a nonprofit, school, or community organization.
