These tips just make it a little easier to focus on what really matters.


  1. Turn in your cellphone at 9:00p.m. Monday - Thursday.

    • By doing this, you will be able to sleep better and practice good self-control.

  2. Re-analyze the list of people with whom you are social with.

    • Are they heading in the same direction as you?

  3. Reduce the amount of time spent on social media.

  4. Don’t get deeply involved in a “relationship” with someone until you are ready to leave college. Many students derail from their studies when juggling a relationship.

  5. Three most important relationships to maintain: with God, with your family and with your studies. Nothing between these.
